USA Shipping  Policy


When will my order ship?

Most of our orders ship out within 1-3 business days or as noted on a product’s detail page. An email with tracking information will be sent as soon as the order ships.

When will I receive my order?

If you select “Standard" or "Free Shipping”

  • Orders shipped using our standard or free shipping methods will normally be received within 2-7 business days to the lower 48 states.
  • Some items may ship from a distribution center nearest to you.
  • Orders may be received complete in the same box or may be received in different boxes.
  • We cannot provide an exact date for delivery, as this is outside our control.
  • Tracking or delivery confirmation will be provided with every shipment.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Applies to orders over $100.00 (excluding tax or shipping) ALL 50 States in USA.
  • BikerFan will select the shipping carrier.
  • Orders below $100.00 will receive standard shipping charges as calculated in the shopping cart.


International Shipping  Policy

  • We ship to most international destinations via USPS Priority Service or USPS Express Service
  • Processing time is 4-5 business days and transit time may vary from 7-15 business days depending on location. 
  • Transit time may be longer due to customs or import processing per country.  It depends on each country and the time of the year.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
  • Other Fees such as tariffs and taxes are charged by destination country and are not included in our shipping costs. It is recommended to check with your local customs agency to a accurate estimate of your import cost.
  • All packages are insured.
  • In case an Insurance claim may arise (lost package, damage, etc.) we will help you as much as possible to work with the shipper and insurance claim. Some insurance claims take upto 30 days to process.
  • Certain brands do not allow international shipping. We will notify you if any of the products ordered are not eligible for international shipping.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Packages that are refused delivery or unable to be delivered by the courier and returned back to sender will be subject to one of the following conditions:

  • Customer will pay additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.
  • Customer will be provided with a store credit for the full amount paid, minus shipping costs.
  • If a refund is requested, our standard return policy and restocking fee will apply.
