Return & Exchange Policy

At BikerFan.com, we provide our customers with a fair and hassle-free return policy. We want our patrons to have peace of mind when shopping with us which is why we have a 30-day return policy on BikerFan products. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email us at info@bikerfan.com. 

30 Day Returns & Exchanges
  • Customers have 30 days from the original purchase date to contact BikerFan to initiate a Return or Exchange. Returns/Exchanges can be made as long as the item meets the "Item Condition Restrictions" below.
  • After receiving a response from BikerFan for the Return or Exchange, customers have 5 days to submit the item for shipping back to the company and email BikerFan with the Tracking Number. (Note, Tracking Number must be emailed to info@bikerfan.com within 35 days of original purchase date).  
  • The first exchange on every order will be shipped to the customer free of charge to USA. All shipping on exchanges thereafter will be charged to the customer. International orders will be charged standard USPS shipping rates on all exchanges.  
  • Customers are responsible for postage on return shipping.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Item Condition Restrictions.
  • Items must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. Items that have been used, installed, worn, have missing tags, or damaged cannot be returned.
  • Please try apparel items indoors, preferably in a carpeted area to make sure everything fits properly and you are satisfied with the purchase before removing tags or using the item.
Incorrect Item
  • In the event that you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will provide you with a return label so you may return the incorrect item back to us. Once the item is received in our warehouse, we will ship the correct item to you.
International Order Returns
  • If returning an item from outside the US, please write RETURN on the package to avoid customs or brokerage charges.
  • BikerFan will not accept any packages that require payment of any brokerage fees.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  • Submit the form below within 30 days of purchase. If exchanging, indicate the proper color, size, or product code of the item you need in the box below.   
  • You will receive a response via email with a "Merchandise Exchange/Return Form" within 48 hours. Please print this out and include this inside your return box. 
  • Package the items securely, do not use the manufacturer's product box. The original box in which you received the product will work great.
  • Outside box please write "RETURN" OR "EXCHANGE".
  • You will receive instructions in our response email as to where to return the item.  
  • Once your return is received and inspected, (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
